Grape varieties for future viticulture

Modern scientific methods combined with decades of experience and unique grape genetic resources at the JKI Institute for Grapevine Breeding Geilweilerhof form the basis for the development of new grapevine varieties (PIWIs) adapted to the needs of the future: High resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses for stable production of healthy grapes to create high quality wines in a more sustainable viticulture.
